Let’s face it. From his lines, actions, to just the way he is, Patrick Star seems to epitomize the stereotypical marijuana user. After all, who else would live under a rock, right? In fact, in nearly every episode, Patrick displays obvious signs of the “high” state associated withregular cannabis consumption. From obvious problems in his cognitive abilities, consistent hunger, to even vivid hallucinations, Patrick is the ultimate marijuana lord anyone would surely love to smoke some joints with.

2. Brian (Family Guy)

Family Guy has never been the one to back down – even when it comes to cannabis. In fact, in one of its episodes, Brian was portrayed to be the leading proponent for the legalization of cannabis in Quahog. In episode 420, Brian has been arrested for possession of marijuana. Later, he decided to start a campaign for marijuana legalization and soon became the leading advocate for its passage.

In fact, in 2009, he was even awarded as the “Stoner of the Year” by the High Times magazine, becoming the first animated icon to receive such a recognition.

3. Shaggy (Scooby-Doo)

It’s high time to tell the obvious: Shaggy Rogers is the typical hipster cannabis lover. From his messy hairstyle, baggy clothes, to constant paranoia, Shaggy portrays the classic marijuana user.
